our story

our vision

To start an initiative that will be emulated by other like-minded organizations to reach fringe communities.

To promote new ways of engagement in an ever-changing world. To encourage and facilitate change by works and deeds.

our mission

Showcasing the Ministry of Food with food as the language of Love. Our aim is to bring people together and encourage respect and fellowship.

To fund our giving/blessing ministry through commercial events and to be a light in today’s world through leading by example!

It all began with an idea prompted by a small voice,  “Anyone that wants to be Someone needs to try and help Everyone”- Hence the idea of our Food Truck.

Edward Nathan

Founder/CEO

Growing up in Malaysia, Edward used to help his single mum (Amma) shop at the farmers market and do the cooking for the five siblings. Without much money, Amma used her creativity with fresh spices to create amazing flavours. She later passed on the recipes to her children. The family was sometimes aided by charity groups like St. Vinnies when finances were tight.

Edward went on to study hospitality in England becoming a serial entrepreneur – opening a hotel school in Malaysia, starting an Indian restaurant in the Blue Mountains and establishing an award-winning hospitality training organisation in Canberra over 23 years ago.

His dream is to give back to the community just like the countless who have given to him over the years. Edward knows what it’s like to do it rough and go to school without a full stomach. During his many moves, he also knows what it’s like to be a hungry stranger in a strange place.

OUR BELIEFS…

1. Bring joy to the community by serving great food at affordable prices.

2. Hospitality training for all (especially those with special needs).

3. Majority of profits from the business invested in charity projects in Australia and abroad.

4. Regularly serving free food to those going through a rough patch.

5. to provide affordable, ready to eat meals to food banks for distribution to the needy
